1. Acceptance of Parameters
By accessing the Prime Portal Data Lab, creating an account, or interacting with our telemetry databases, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please log out and disconnect from the node.
2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
Prime Portal is an unofficial, fan-made data application. We are completely independent and are NOT affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai Namco, Disney, or any other Trading Card Game publisher.
All card images, character names, symbols, and related text are the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. Fair use applies for the purpose of informational database tracking and collection management.
3. Telemetry Accuracy (As-Is Clause)
Market telemetry, pricing data, and card information are provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind. Prices are aggregated from third-party APIs and market sources. Prime Portal does not guarantee the real-world financial accuracy of any card value displayed. You should not use this data as your sole source for high-value financial trading decisions.
4. Club Conduct
You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overwhelm the database API. We reserve the right to ban, terminate, or delete any account or node that attempts to reverse-engineer, DDoS, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the Prime Portal infrastructure.
5. Modification of Systems
Prime Portal is currently in active beta development. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the service, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the node constitutes acceptance of any system updates.
